To enable end-users to place orders from any preferred place and accept deliveries of groceries, daily essentials and much more at any convenient time from nearby stores or preferred brands

– Operations team
– Admin team
The solution was expected to automate and optimize the process for ordering groceries and other daily essentials from nearby stores, hypermarkets and brands. The solution was also expected to provide a flexible delivery option to end-users to enable them collect their orders at convenient time.
ASCENT Has developed two Android Apps [End-user, Delivery team] and two web-dashboards [Admin team, Partner stores] to effectively manage ordering, processing and delivering of products/orders.
– End-user places an order through their Android App
– An order can include products/items from multiple stores
– The delivery team picks up the order from the respective store and delivers it to the end-user at the requested time
The system supports multiple process flows and has built-in checks and balances to ensure delivery route optimization and other process optimizations.
